Job Description

The ideal Teamwear Associate can work autonomously, as well as in a team environment. The Teamwear Associate is part of a larger workplace team responsible for making sure our Fremont customers (our Tesla employees) are happy at work. As a workplace team, we ensure the facility needs are met so employees can work to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.

A successful teamwear candidate will be mindful of personal cleanliness while keeping the teamwear area clean, organized, and tidy. This position is physically active, requires the ability to prioritize tasks, and be mindful of urgent requests for all employees.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean and organized teamwear environment, including storage areas
• Order and track teamwear inventory, ensuring par levels are maintained
• Receive and transport teamwear from docks to storage using a pallet jack or walkie rider
• Keep workspaces, shelves, and teamwear storage areas neat and tidy
• Fulfill teamwear orders accurately and on time
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth operational efficiency
• Perform other tasks as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Previous teamwear and customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Data entry experience with comfort using modern technology
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods
• Walkie certification and adherence to safety guidelines preferred

Expected Compensation:

$20.20 - $34.80/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
