What You'll Do:
You will work under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver one-on-one, personalized Applied Behavior Analysis () interventions. You'll be helping children develop essential skills and behaviors, empowering them to reach their fullest potential. Your role will involve providing consistent support through therapy sessions that are fun, engaging, and impactful.
Your Role:
Deliver individualized therapy sessions using techniques tailored to each child's treatment plan, under the direction of a BCBA.
Follow detailed goals, targets, methods, and schedules created by the BCBA.
Accurately collect and maintain data during sessions to track progress.
Effectively communicate with parents/guardians, as well as other team members, to provide updates and collaborate.
Attend and complete all required training, ensuring your skills stay up to date.
Obtain and maintain the credential within 30 days of orientation.
Ensure accurate time sheets and session notes are submitted on time.
Provide reliable and consistent attendance (maintaining >95%).
Additional Information:
This position is home-based, meaning you'll be providing in-home therapy to clients, bringing support directly into their daily environments.

What We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role. You'll need to be tech-savvy, with a commitment to learning and personal growth. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Education: High School Diploma/GED is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
Age: At least 18 years old.
Technology: Comfortable with technology and data collection systems.
Licensing: A current valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Background Checks: Successful completion of State and Federal background checks, as well as OAG background checks and child/adult abuse clearances.
Certification: CPR certification.
Other: Must be able to obtain the credential within 30 days of orientation.
