We are hiring Full Time, Head of Customer Experience to support our client, this role has to be based in Europe however the candidate will be working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand and Product Communication

• Create a social media strategy that fits our crypto casino brand and helps keep players engaged
• Manage our daily social media presence on platforms like Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram Snapchat, Tiktok, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram
• Document and share community feedback to help improve our Brand and Product

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Work with Brand and Retention teams to share our regular campaigns on social media
• Create social media campaigns native to each platform that would help with player life cycles onboarding, retention and reactivation
• Team up with designers to create engaging content for all our social media accounts

Community Building

• CoinHero social channels: Create engaging content and foster a vibrant community on platforms
• CoinHero platforms: Manage content and own player interactions across internal channels on-site like our blogs, community chats and sub stacks

Performance, Insights, and Optimization

• Identify and implement new tools and methods to improve the effectiveness of our social media efforts
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and community growth
• Track important metrics to evaluate how our social media efforts impact player retention and make data-driven improvements

Skills & Knowledge Required

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, love to experiment, and are ambitious about achieving results
• Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms for a crypto casino, sportsbook, or similar brand
• Strong knowledge of or keen interest in iGaming, cryptocurrency, and fintech industries
• Creative ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas tailored to various platforms and audiences
• Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into effective strategies and improvements
• Expertise in community management, fostering positive interactions, and moderating online spaces
