Position: Senior Roofing Project Manager

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based

We are seeking a highly motivated SR (Senior) Project Manager to drive sales, manage project timelines, and maximize insurance claim payouts. This role requires a proactive professional who can generate leads, close deals, and oversee storm restoration projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and generate roofing and exterior trades sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct roof inspections and provide estimates for repairs or replacements.
• Meet with adjuster to verify damage
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters to maximize claim approvals and payouts.
• Close deals with homeowners and commercial property owners.
• Provide excellent customer service at every opportunity

Project Management & Execution

• Create detailed material and labor orders
• Oversee job installation to ensure quality and handle any customer concerns or project issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with local building codes.

Insurance & Claims Handling

• Ability to recognize wind/hail storm related damage
• Guide clients through the insurance claims process
• Work directly with insurance companies to advocate for proper compensation.
• Provide supplemental claims and necessary documentation to maximize payouts.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years proven experience in the roofing or insurance restoration industries
• 2+ years experience in sales
• 2+ years experience in project management
• Strong understanding of insurance claim processes and negotiation strategies .
• Must be proficient with Xactimate (Xactimate Level I and/or Level II is preferred but not required)
• Some experience with Simbility is preferred but not required

• Experience with industry specific CRMs such as (e.i. Job Nimbus, Acculynx)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset .
• Ability to multi-task
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation .
• High School diploma or equivalent
