MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Oversee the efforts of local and offsite call centers while ensuring KPIs are being met,
identifying scheduling conflicts and ensuring the effort is aligned with the organization's
directives and mission.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and maintaining relationships within the organization with various employees,
supervisors and management. Providing mentorship to people within the department in
helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required
.
Experience:
At least 4 years in call center management. Experience in recruiting and hiring based of
department staffing needs
Other:
Ability to work and interact with various Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work with
CRM software Service Titan and learn new applications as deemed appropriate.
