Our Fortune 500 Client has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter III.
Job Summary:
Develops and executes recruiting plans and strategies for multiple positions; attracts qualified candidates and fills open positions with top talent. This position exercises judgment and exerts influence on relevant objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of diverse scope and complexity while managing precedents; works independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sources and identifies candidates for open and pipeline positions using all available tools, including but not limited to the following: initial contact, HR interview, technical interview, and management interview.
2. Manages multiple clients and competing demands in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
3. Works closely with HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers to understand the recruiting needs of the business; anticipates hiring needs and proactively identifies recruiting solutions to meet those needs.
4. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral.
5. Develops long-term, realistic, sustainable staffing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.
6. Screens and interviews potential candidates. Prepares ratings on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with relevant company information.
7. Benchmarks compensation externally, creates effective sourcing strategies, sources candidates, conducts competency-based interview, checks references and executes the offer process flawlessly.
8. Utilizes resources to maximize the strategic role of the Staffing function, and eliminates non- value added work. Focuses on continuous improvement and makes suggestions to improve the staffing process, policy and strategy.
9. Ensures the organization complies with laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing, recruiting and hiring.
10. Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.
11. Focuses on the right metrics for success ( e.g. cost, cycle time, quality of hire, etc.)
12. Effectively troubleshoots problems that arise in connection with recruiting and hiring.
13. Keeps HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers updated as appropriate .
14. Effectively interacts with all levels of employees, answering questions and providing information.
15. Establish and maintain processes to maximize resume tracking software.

Qualifications:
6-9 years of experience required if you have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
4 - 7 years of experience required if you have an MBA.
Track record of success and customer satisfaction in a high-volume, multiple client role.
Computer proficiency and web-based recruiting/applicant tracking systems experience a must ;
Outlook and Eightfold or CRM experience a plus.
Demonstrated attention to complex details, execution and follow-through.
Proactive, energetic self-assured professional with high personal integrity and the ability to develop good interpersonal relationships and effective communications at senior levels; proven track record of establishing trust and credibility with clients.
Strong self-starter.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Knowledge and practical experience with employment, HR and immigration/legal.
Strong customer-service orientation and experience of working effectively in a complex, multiple division or multi-site operation.
