FULL TIME Showing Agent needed for a TOP Real Estate team! BONUS OPPORTUNITY!! Have you been thinking of making a change? Do you love Real Estate and are curious about how to start? We’re a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and show homes for our Senior Buyer Agents in the area. Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST BE a licensed REALTOR or currently enrolled in real estate classes. You’ll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, marketing staff, and competitive compensation for your hard work. This is a small hourly rate with bonus commission based position only. Monday- Friday In Office hours required in Downingtown, PA with weekend flexibility as buyer needs demand. • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service

Qualifications:

• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• A Pennsylvania Real Estate License obtained prior to joining our office is REQUIRED for this role. We offer discounts for classes through our affiliated real estate school.
• A Vehicle, Laptop and Cell phone are required for this role.
• Travel within an hour of Downingtown, PA will be required.
