Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, client communication, and assisting with marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and preparing documents.
• Promptly handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain and update property listings on various platforms.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Coordinate and manage open houses and property showings.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate, administrative support, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
