Location: Fargo, ND Area (Remote field work within assigned territory)

We are currently seeking a Senior Property Claims Representative to join our dynamic field claims team. In this role, you'll be the face of our company in the Fargo, ND area, including North River, ND, and Moorhead, NM. While this position is remote, it primarily involves fieldwork within the designated territory, with opportunities to work from home when not inspecting claims.

What You'll Do:

- Investigate and Resolve Claims: Assess property damage, determine applicable policy coverage, and handle negotiations and settlements efficiently.
- Engage with Clients: Initiate contact with insureds, claimants, and relevant parties to gather information, provide updates, and guide them through the claims process.
- Conduct Inspections: Perform both physical and virtual inspections of damaged property, evaluate damages, and prepare detailed estimates in line with policy provisions.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: Ideally, you have at least 7 years of experience in property claims or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar software), Xactimate, and other claims estimating tools is preferred. Knowledge of residential and commercial construction techniques is also valuable.
- Licensing: You should have the appropriate adjuster's licensing for the states where you'll be working.
- Multilingual Abilities: While not required, being multilingual is a plus.

What You Need to Succeed:

- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using innovative technologies, including drones and virtual claim handling software.
- Flexibility: Ability to extend work hours as needed and be available for catastrophic duty.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of performing inspections in various conditions, including adverse weather, and handling equipment like ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Additional Information:

- This role involves working from home and using a mobile office/company vehicle for fieldwork.
- A valid driver's license is required, and you must be able to navigate the assigned territory effectively.
