Job Description.

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule cost estimates resource allocation and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external resources.
• Manage project teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met according to the project plan.
• Communicate project progress risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project outputs meet required standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all project activities decisions and changes.
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks to minimize potential negative impacts.
• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably within the IT sector.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is required.
• Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) PM certification is a plus.
