Duties:
Scheduling and directly supervising all production and production support operations
Assisting in the development and implementation of safety awareness programs
Driving results through direct leadership and cross-functional teamwork to improve production efficiency
Managing staff by assigning work, monitoring activities, evaluating performance, and addressing critical issues
Identifying and recommending improvements in operator training, production methods, equipment performance, and product quality
Operating equipment and maintaining knowledge of equipment capabilities
Building a cohesive team aligned with department and company goals
Requirements:
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices
Basic computer skills (e.g., email, data entry, production software)
