Medpace Cincinnati is seeking an office-based
Print Design Assistant to join our Information Design team! This individual is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our print room and completing all internal and external print requests.
Responsibilities • Evaluate and prioritize internal print requests
• Print and assemble creative materials for clinical studies (e.g., brochures, flyers, handbooks)
• Send and receive orders outsourced to printing vendors
• Communicate with staff about print requests and coordinate approval for quotes and proofs
• Set up and manage all printing software and perform maintenance checks to sustain high-quality prints
• Oversee print room stock and coordinate supply refills and orders
Additional Skills and Characteristics:
• Understand commercial printing, finishing processes, materials, print and paper specifications, and supply costs
• Enjoy working independently and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Qualifications • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have experience with on-site printers
• 2 years of experience with pre-press and print production activities preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Fiery Command Workstation preferred)
