W.A Randolph, Inc.- Pre-Construction/Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Construction/Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the commercial construction sector. This critical role involves working with senior management to develop strategies, secure projects, and manage pre-construction activities to support the company’s long-term objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies and identify target markets.
• Secure new opportunities for construction and renovation projects.
• Lead pre-construction activities, including budgeting and client presentations.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Develop marketing materials and execute advertising strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Manage website updates, social media promotions, and press releases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (required).
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel 10–15% of the time.
• Proficiency in developing client presentations and managing marketing activities.

Position Details:

• Pay: $120,000 - $180,000 annually, based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, and retirement.
• Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
