Job Title: Personal Assistant / Virtual Assistant (VA)

Job Type: Freelance

Duration: Up to 15 hrs per week

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent research skills and prior VA, EA or PA experience to assist Naoto Nakada, an entrepreneur and fashion designer. The successful candidate will have opportunities for growth with additional responsibilities over time. What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough, dependable research to a high standard to assist in the entrepreneur's private life
• Identify, vet and recommend high-quality contractors and service providers (e.g. coaches, mentors, dermatologists, orthodontists, etc)
• Schedule meetings, coordinate follow-ups, and assist in keeping the client on track towards his goals

What You'll Bring:

• U.S. based (preference to candidates in Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills or Santa Monica) with fluency in English and excellent communication skills
• Minimum three years experience as an aide, virtual assistant, executive assistant or personal assistant
• Expert research capabilities with critical thinking skills, distinguishing misinformation from high-quality information to capture the truth
• Commitment to excellence and high standards of work
• High level of organization with an ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency
