Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Dentist or a general dentist to see kids, to join our dynamic dental office. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high-quality dental care, in pediatrics . You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction while adhering to all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA standards. This is a private practice, with a great reputation! They have an amazing team to help support the dentist. They can also offer excellent mentoring and collaboration.
A pediatric dentist can see bigger cases in their surgery center. They could earn 300K to 400K per year, depening on experience. A general dentist can earn 200K to 300K per year.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments, focusing on pediatric needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical histories.
Utilize medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.
Apply aseptic techniques during procedures to ensure patient safety and infection control.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices, including the use of dental software for record management.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
Valid dental license to practice in the state.
Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred, particularly with pediatrics .
Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and relevant software applications (Eaglesoft, Epic).
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and data security.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient education and comfort.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
