Part-Time Infant Nanny /– Winchester, MA ($30-$35 per hour)

A family in Winchester, MA is seeking a highly experienced part-time nanny to care for their newborn baby, expected in July. The nanny will provide attentive and nurturing care, focusing solely on the infant. This is a long-term position lasting 2-3 years until the child enters preschool.

Schedule & Responsibilities:

Pay: $30 -$35 per hour
Start Date: September, 1st 2025 ( Flexible For Right Person)
Days: 3 days per week (flexible, except Thursdays)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible)
Occasional weeknight date nights preferred
Guaranteed 20 Hours
Benefits: 1 Week Vacation/ PTO as needed

Responsibilities:

Full care for the newborn, including:
Feeding, diapering, and maintaining sleep routines
Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities
Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
Light housekeeping related to the baby (bottle washing, tidying play areas, baby laundry) If needed but focus is on Baby

Ideal Candidate:

Extensive infant care experience required
CPR certification and infant safety training required
Fully vaccinated (COVID, Tdap, flu)
Must be attentive and proactive, ensuring the baby’s needs are met
Reliable transportation to and from the home
Must be able to drive in case of an emergency
Provide 3-5 professional references
Must have US work authorization

Additional Perks & Considerations:

Travel: Family has a Cape Cod home and prefers a nanny willing to travel with them during summer months
Private guest house provided for the nanny during travel
If the nanny chooses not to travel, they will still be paid for their scheduled hours

Household Environment:

No pets
Pool on property
Parents work from home (Mom is in and out, Dad has a hybrid work schedule)
Housekeeper will be present at times
