Job Description

Orlando, FL - West of Maitland Closets by Design has an immediate opening for a full-time office assistant/admin (40 hours per week).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer phones in a professional, courteous manner Schedule appointments with clients Organize files and documents Provide administrative and clerical support to staff Assist the front office staff as needed

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

Data entry, answer phone lines, copy, scanning and filing Professional attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Ability to learn quickly Ability to organize, work fast and prioritize Willingness to listen and take direction Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Weekend hours on rotation from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Weekday hours of operation have shifts between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Great attitude and being a team player is a must!
