Job Description
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Manager of Clinical Data Review to join our Clinical Coding & Support team. This position will work on a team to accomplish data review tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day functions of the Clinical Data Reviewers;
- Ensure team assignments are maintained including those assigned to the manager;
- Responsible for the allocation of resources within each team;
- Identify process deficiencies and propose improvements in department practices to Associate Director or Director, Clinical Data Review;
- Represent the department during internal or external meetings as required;
- Support the hiring, training, evaluation, and retention of staff.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- 2 years of management experience preferred
- Clinical research experience required; CRO experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience performing clinical trial data review required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
