Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in New York and/or New Jersey
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with daily living activities, including feeding and mobility support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
