Responsibilities: Oversight and leadership of a large and diverse analytic team supporting our CMS customer.
Provide a strategic vision for our program team and customer on how to optimize resources and technology to solve complex challenges.
Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of complex and/or diverse projects.
Utilizes extremely complex modeling and measuring techniques.
Researches, identifies, and recommends resources required for task execution and completion.
Develops new functionality or updates the existing, to meet client needs.
Writes and updates project documentation including procedures, presentations, and training materials.
Performs functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships.
Consults with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects.
Serve as a Sr. leader and develop strong leaders within the team.
Serves as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation.
Generates recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel.
Recognized as an industry leader in a specific area.
Requirements: BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years of analytic/reporting experience preferably related to healthcare
Experience leading diverse teams and communicating with customers and executive leadership
Experience leading large analytic projects and interdisciplinary teams
Desired Skills: Experience using analytic tools including SAS, Python, R, SQL and visualization tools preferred
The likely salary range for this position is $161,500 - $218,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Travel Required: Less than 10%
