Responsibilities

• Design and analyze steel connections for structural projects.
• Collaborate with team members on innovative engineering solutions.
• Participate in occasional travel (4–6 weeks out of town every few months within the first 18 months).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 0–2+ years of structural design experience; steel design experience is strongly preferred.
• EIT Certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in tools such as RAM Steel or Tekla BIM Modeling (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter attitude.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year.
• Comprehensive benefits package.
• Relocation expenses and interview expenses covered (if applicable).
