Sparks Wiz Limited is a leading Engineering Consulting Firm, We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis.

Note:  This position is strictly open to candidates within the United States.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment and selection process to attract top engineering talent for various positions within our firm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting & Sourcing:

    • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
    • Utilize sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates through online databases, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Candidate Screening:

    • Review and screen resumes to assess qualifications and match candidates with job requirements.
    • Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination:

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Prepare interview materials and ensure all logistical aspects of the interview process are handled.
  • Candidate Communication:

    • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide feedback to candidates and address any questions or concerns.
  • Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Onboarding Assistance:

    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters and coordination of orientation activities.
    • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR with a willingness to learn about engineering roles and industry-specific requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
