Job Description:

You'll be instrumental in our growth by attracting motivated and qualified individuals to enroll in our bootcamp training programs. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to operate from anywhere. However, it entails proactive engagement through cold calling and email outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential students who would benefit from our training programs.
Initiate outreach via cold calls and emails to introduce our programs.
Offer comprehensive information about our training and internship opportunities.
Guide applicants through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly recruitment goals.
Collaborate with our marketing team to devise effective recruitment strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to position our programs effectively.
Requirements:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the education or training sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and persuade potential students effectively.
Self-motivated with a focus on results.
Proficiency in managing time and working independently in a remote setup.
Familiarity with cold calling and email marketing techniques.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new approaches.
