Job Description

ONA is a purpose-driven Creative Agency that specializes in brand strategy, brand identity, social media, and content creation. Role / Responsibilities: 

Must be able to create and implement digital, eComm, and social strategies and campaigns and think creatively to extend brands and customer experience in relevant, meaningful ways.

  • Strong knowledge of the digital marketing space. In-depth understanding of social media platforms, creative best practices, KPIs and measurement.

  • Experience with eCommerce in developing and executing strategies that drive online sales and improve the overall customer experience on platforms. Must have a deep understanding of the customer journey, online sales funnel, and the technology required to drive successful e-commerce initiatives.

  • Ability to work with UX designers to create a seamless customer journey, from the moment a customer arrives on the site to the point of purchase. 

  • Analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement; measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels.

  • Diverse knowledge across multiple industries and clients; sports, wellness, and retail is preferred. 

  • Develop Digital & Social Media strategies, working directly with the client.

  • Develop analysis, recommendations, and rationale for emerging digital and social marketing campaigns.

  • Creative storyteller. 

  • Optimize SEO

  • Expert in trends, current events, and the digital marketing landscape. 

  • Strong copywriting abilities and oral communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.

  • Must operate with a high degree of independence, knowing when to rely on own judgment and when to seek the advice of a supervisor and other team members.

  • A sense of urgency, ability to multitask and a can-do attitude.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

  • Takes initiative in building skills and knowledge and otherwise increasing her/his value to the agency and to clients.

  • Passionately curious. Continually seeks new ways to learn and improve.

  • Strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Marketing/Social Media and/or Digital Marketing, and be a passionate storyteller, strategic thinker, and skilled communicator. 

This position will sometimes include occasional weekend work from home.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
