Our clients company is a leading provider of frozen value add and frozen commodity seafood products. They are currently seeking a Data Manager to join their team.

Data Manager Job Responsibilities

• Manage all data and analytics for the companys entire product lines.
• Oversee the management and governance of all master data ensuring accuracy consistency and completeness across all systems and processes.
• Develop and implement master data governance policies procedures and standards to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Establish data quality metrics for EDI orders and monitor standards on how information flows through the company to external partners.
• Enter all product specifications in the ERP system ensuring accuracy of dimensions weights and measurements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies.
• Work closely with teams to integrate data across various systems and platforms including ERP EDI and supply chain management.
• Continuously evaluate data management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Streamline data entry and validation procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement best practices for data governance and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience in data management preferably in the packaged food industry or consumable boxed products.
• Proficiency in data management tools and technologies including EDI ERP Excel and data quality tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
• No more than 3 employers in the past 10 years.
• Knowledge of the wholesale food industry or experience with products moving around the world is preferred.
