JOB SUMMARY :
As an Entry Level Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by analyzing and interpreting data to help us make informed decisions. You will work closely with our project managers and other team members to collect, organize, and analyze data related to project costs, timelines, and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in data analysis.
CORE DUTIES :
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, including project reports, financial records, and client feedback.
- Develop and maintain databases to track project costs, timelines, and performance.
- Create reports and visualizations to present data in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to help improve project efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to understand project requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.
QUALIFICATION :
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
