You will work closely with individuals and teams to help them identify and overcome challenges, develop new skills, and reach their full potential. Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to support employees in enhancing their skills and achieving their career goals
Deliver training sessions when needed to enhance employees' skills and knowledge in relevant areas.
Provide guidance and support to employees on performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
Develop and deliver coaching programs tailored to employees' needs to improve their skills, knowledge, and abilities.
Collaborate with managers to identify and address employee performance issues, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Perform employee assessments to gather feedback on skills, strengths, values, and motivators, using insights to guide coaching strategies.
Partner with human resources to design and implement employee support programs, including wellness initiatives and assistance programs.
Create a confidential and safe space for employees to discuss concerns and seek guidance.
Offer resources and support to promote employees' personal and professional growth.
Ensure all interactions are conducted without discrimination or bias, treating each employee with respect and fairness.
Facilitate informal conflict resolutions or mediations as needed, fostering a positive work environment.
Escalate issues to management or HR when necessary, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Follow up with employees to ensure agreed-upon action plans are implemented and goals are achieved.
Investigate and collaborate with managers on employee action plans, providing support and guidance for improvement.
Proactively anticipate and address potential issues by analyzing coaching sessions and collaborating with HR on proactive investigations, such as surveys and reports.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Proven experience as a corporate coach for 5+ years
Strong understanding of coaching techniques and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to adapt coaching methods to meet the needs of different individuals and teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate employees
