Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Communications Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring clear, efficient communication both internally and externally. This position requires strong writing, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills. The Communications Agent will support the development and delivery of key messaging, respond to inquiries, and help maintain a positive company image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update the company’s website and social media channels to ensure accurate and relevant content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal communications initiatives and ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze feedback and communication trends to improve customer experience and engagement.
• Assist with event planning and coordination related to communications outreach and public relations.
• Support the development and execution of crisis communication strategies, if necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
