Job Title: Collections Manager/Accounts Receivable Manager

Location: Columbia, South Carolina

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of five collection specialists to ensure the prompt and accurate collection of outstanding payments.
* Conduct weekly scorecard meetings and collaborate closely with the legal team as necessary.
* Proactively address performance issues, employ innovative collection strategies, and promote team cohesion.

Requirements:

* Possess at least 3 years of experience in collections; while a degree is preferred, it is not mandatory.
* Demonstrated ability to oversee accounts ranging from $3,000 to $500,000.
* Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Availability to work 45-50 hours per week at our Columbia office.
* Relocation assistance is provided.
