Job Description

Position Summary:
The role will be the first point of contact for Coins ERP Plus user issues. The role will primarily be focused on addressing Coins user inquiries, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring overall user satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide Tier 2 level support for Coins and related applications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues for Coins users or escalate as necessary
• Monitor Coins system to proactively prevent user problems
• Research and route Coins support tickets to Tier 3 level support as needed
• Submit, coordinate and track Tier 4 level Coins support calls
• Setup new Coins users per standard security roles/groups
• Inactivate terminated employees from Coins and related applications
• Assist business units in bulk updates of Coins records
• Assist with any new implementation and integration tasks as needed

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical and business issues 
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in COINS ERP Plus software
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience required
• 3-5 years of COINS ERP Plus experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology preferred
