Civil/Structural Engineer , reporting directly to Manager of Civil Structural & Architectural (CSA) Engineering to join our Process Technology team based in Houston, TX.
About the Job As a entry level CSA Engineer you will be responsible for the design and engineering of various Foundation and structures and Site Prep from conceptual design through various phases of projects including pre-FEED, FEED, Detail design as it applies to grass root, Brown field and revamp projects.
Youwill:
- Help with various static and dynamic designs for various equipment foundations, Pipe Racks, and Process Structures
- Your involvement will be in new grassroots projects and major modifications to existing facilities ensuring compliance with all process design requirements, safety, operations and maintenance.
- Prepare drawings such as site plot plans, general arrangements, and site prep.
- Become involved in our 3D CADD Model.
- Develop and maintain project specifications for Civil, Structural, Architectural and Site Prep and will become with the PIP spec (Industry standards)
- Assist with the procurement of Steel, Subcontractors (Soil investigations, Site Survey, Under Ground Obstructions) and work closely with vendors through fabrication and installation.
- Occasionally travel to sites to provide field engineering support during front end engineering, construction, and startup.
- Cross-train and support other engineers with variety of studies such as Digitalization, Creation of Digital Twins, Value Engineering and many other T.En sponsored trainings.

About You Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: - BS Civil Engineering from a US accredited engineering school with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- 0-3 years of experience. Candidates with more experience may be considered.
- Excellent communication skill is a plus.
- EIT is a plus.
