Job Description

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role, experience in import and export industry is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing complex financial operations and investment portfolios.
• Strong understanding of Chinese and international financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Advanced knowledge of financial systems, tool and advanced Excel.
• A professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred.
• Willing to work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadline. Lead the finance team of PENTANOVA Group to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.

Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the company's business goals. Prepare and manage the annual budget, financial statements, and forecasts. Oversee financial risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide financial insights to support decision-making across the organization. Ensure the integrity of the financial reporting systems and processes. Reconciles balance sheet to ensure account balances are supported by appropriate documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures. Ensures a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability. Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently. Demonstrates an understanding of cash flow and owner priorities. Coach, develop and retain the team staffs to maximize their potentials. Manage the relationships with government authorities and bank.
