About The Role
Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for Barista who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guests experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization.
What You Will Do
- Provide warm welcome and prompt service. Describe the selection of beverage menu items, offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods. Prepare drink orders exactly as ordered with proper ingredients, temperature and flavors. (50%)
- Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals. (10%)
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. (10%)
- Complete opening and closing duties including restocking. (5%)
- Ensure all work areas and counters are clean and sanitized. (5%)
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (10%)
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (10%)
What You Bring
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum two-years food service or related work
Skills and Abilities: Able to operate commercial expresso machine
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

- Full-Time
- Days / Evenings / This position requires the flexibility to work a diverse schedule encompassing days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
