Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Auto Mechanics for projects located in and around Arlington, TX . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $30-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Working on the City of Arlington Fleet; Firetrucks, Ambulances, as well as Regular Fleet
Maintenance and Repair, Overhauls, Replace Engines, Transmissions, Brakes, Ignition Systems, etc.
Diagnose and Identify Problems
Test Components and Systems using Equipment such as Compression Gauges and Infrared Engine Analyzers and Road Tests
Adjust Repaired Systems to Meet Manufacturers Specifications
Perform Safety and Emissions Inspections
Other Tasks as Assigned
Requirements:
Emergency Vehicle Technician Certification is Preferred or Level 3 Experience and Ability to get EVT Certified
Minimum of Level 2 (2 Years of Experience) Auto Mechanic; Level 3 Auto Mechanic (Minimum of 3 Years of Experience) is Preferred
