The Vein-to-Vein team's patient-centric work is right in the middle of the action supporting both the Clinical & Commercial organizations early on from patient enrollment and order submission through to the treatment delivery and patient infusion. Our team plans demand actualization for manufacturing on a by-patient basis. We also manage the Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC) for each patient and support the Customer Order Management Process. These are vital elements of the Autologous Cell Therapy Treatment Experience that you will encounter as a V2V Supply Chain Analyst.
Key Responsibilities: - Support Vein to Vein team to enable the Patient Journey for Hospitals / Treatment Centers in collaboration with Vein to Vein team and Commercial Operations team.
- Support data and analytical initiatives to enable a positive and successful patient journey.
- Support logistics and material movement, including both inbound and outbound shipments, especially to offsite storage locations .
- Collaborate with transportation providers and provide forecasting as needed.
- Maintain turnaround time on planning system transactions to support commercial order flow.
- Implement effective change management for new supply chain processes.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in supply chain operations, and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of supply chain systems, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices in compliance with safety policies, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct temperature monitoring for shipments and manage the temperature excursion process.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Global Cell Collection, and External Quality to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support End-to-End order management process where needed.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions as needed; work on continuous process flow improvement.
Qualifications: Education: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree required; focused degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or other equivalent field preferred
Skills & Experience: Required: - Minimum three (3) years of professional work experience.
- Clear ability to summarize and present results.
- Proficient in clear and effective communication for all levels of the organization; good written and verbal communications skills.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis.
- Fosters continuous learning and development environment through effective feedback, self-awareness, and sharing lessons learned.
- Supply Chain experience and an understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes & procedures.
Preferred: - Experience with Supply Chain Planning Systems.
- Experience in Cross-Functional environment.
Other: - May require occasional travel to other local JNJ facilities (Less than 10%)
- This position requires ability and flexibility to work on weekends/off hours for patient support.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000 - $97,750 USD. Countries outside US will be compensated using local compensation guidelines.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

o Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
o Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
o Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
o Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
