Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in controlling labor and food costs
• Build relationships with guests and address guest issues
• Model leadership to all team members

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prior restaurant management or leadership experience
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in desktop software programs
• Experience in inventory, schedules, and labor management
• Focus on profits and sales growth

Physical Requirements:

• Available for varied hours, including days, nights, and weekends
• Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift
