Job Description

• The HR ServiceNow Administrator will design, develop/test, implement and maintain the stability and usability of the HRSD ServiceNow solution for 17,000 end users Globally
• Code development, application maintenance, managing support for incidents, and contributing to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks and features.
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes.
• Working closely with ServiceNow platform leader to align patches/releases and aligned with ITSM processes such as Change Management, Incident management. Testing and deployment of patches & platform upgrades.
• Manage and support the roll-out of new HR modules, HR upgrades or enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform configuration of out of the box functionality including, but not limited to, forms, business rules, service catalogs, record producers, workflows, and reports for HRSD enhancements.
• Provide effort estimate and deploy enhancements to the HRSD platform following Cytiva guidelines for change management.
• Provide subject matter expert level guidance to areas within the organization on ServiceNow HRSD best practices.
