Accounts Payable Bookkeeper (Remote - Philippines/Asia)
Full-Time Contractor | $5 - $8 USD per hour

### What You'll Do

Invoice Processing
- Review, code, and process invoices for payment.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and agreements.

Vendor Management
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Manage vendor statements and payment schedules.

Financial Record Keeping
- Keep detailed and accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations.

Reporting & Compliance
- Generate reports on accounts payable activity and outstanding liabilities.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls.

### What We're Looking For

✔️ Experience as an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper in a real estate lending or mortgage lending company.
✔️ Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
✔️ Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) - this is a must!
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
